Shipping Information

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and  holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the [U.S./International]:

  • Express Shipping: 3- 5 business days.
  • International Shipping: 15 - 30 business days – Rates calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

3. Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly through our website or with the carrier.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping times may vary due to customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at urbaneagle15@gmail.com to request a return authorization number (RA#).
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip and RA#.
  3. Ship your return to the following address:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within [X] business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
